• A warm reception: As soon as you arrive at the Hotel you will feel that you are a long time friend. Our receptionists speak English and Spanish and will welcome you warmly. By paying only the local charge, from the reception desk you will be able to confirm tickets or reservations at other hotels or restaurants.
• Free Internet access: The Hotel has 6 computers with free Internet access for our guests.
• Telephone booth for national and international calls: If you prefer not to call from your room you may use the booth in the lobby.
• Artisan store: Behind the reception area there is the AYNI artisan store with “fair trade” prices which benefit the artisans. You will find many goods at a fair price.
• Travel agency “TURISBUS”: The Hotel has its own travel agency which will help plan your travels, confirm tickets and confirm reservations at other hotels.

• Children are welcome. We have information about parks and distraction for them in the city.
• Starting January 2007 is not allowed to smoke in any place of the Hotel.
• Pets are welcome if they are small and well trained.No minimum stay.
